Therapy That Balances Acceptance and Change
Seeking therapy is often one of the hardest parts of the process, and I believe you deserve a therapist who helps you feel both understood and empowered to make meaningful change. My goal is to create a genuine, collaborative space where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills that support the life and relationships you want.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, emotion dysregulation, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I have completed foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and continue advanced training and consultation while pursuing certification. My approach also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and attachment-based therapy. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and am committed to creating an inclusive environment where clients feel respected, supported, and understood.
I believe meaningful change comes from both understanding the patterns that keep us stuck and learning new ways of responding to thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, caught in cycles of avoidance, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or facing conflict with those closest to you, therapy can help you move toward greater confidence, resilience, and connection. Together, we'll create a treatment plan tailored to your goals so you can build a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
